​​This pad provides an index of the "Sprouts," "Seeds," and "complementary offerings" that were generated prior to the Roundtable Part 2, collectively referred to as "the co-project garden." Our intention is to nourish all of these ideas, both with financial resources and with other forms of support.

​Sprouts
​​Here are the four co-project "Sprouts," i.e. the ideas that we collectively decided would receive RFPs from the ​+the TRCF​ for the $50,000 grant in March 2015.

​Additional Seeds
​​These ideas were in the running for RFPs for the initial $50,000, but the people who proposed them voluntarily stepped back to make way for the four Sprouts.

​Complements
​​These are services/processes that can be added to a co-project as an enhancement. 
​​ 
  • ​​Note: These "Complements" were initially presented as "co-project seeds" in the Roundtable Part 1, and framed as "add-ons" rather than ideas that might be developed into co-projects on their own. The group later decided that the term "add-on" didn't sound right, so for now, we'll refer to them as "Complements." "Companion plants" was suggested when we gathered in Oakland, but that referred to everything but the four Sprouts, so we need another permaculture metaphor. "Soil Amendments?!" "Compost?!"
