Heartspace is a core practice within the TRCC, especially in the form developed by the Gaiafield Project. This pad offers an online play on that work, whereby you are invited to tap "the subtle realms" and to share with others your favorite resources for doing the same.

You are invited to follow your heart to one or pieces of art, poetry, music, spoken words, etc, then to sit in reflective silence, and "let go and let come" (to borrow a term from the Presencing Institute's "Theory U"):
