Select a Magento Customer Website(optional).What's this?
Make sure Magento Customer ID is empty.(if value is not empty the user already has an account)
Select a temporary Magento Password(best to use a password generator).
Click Save.

After the information has been saved, click Edit again.
Check Export Customer to Magento.
Click Save.
Check Export Customer to Magento and click Save.
Check for Problems
Tip: You can test the password yourself in the B2B Portal to test if it worked as expected.
Tip: You can also go to System > Celigo Integration Log to check whether there were any errors during the export script.
Table will show possible errors.

On the menu, select Customers > Manage Customers.
Locate the customer you want to check(you can use the filter or search for the email).
On the sidebar, click Account Information.
Check if the group has the right option selected.
Review if the Group field is correct.
Send Email with Password
After exporting the account you're gonna have to communicate the customer. You can do that over the phone or use one of the templates that we have in NetSuite.
The template populates the information the user will need.
Open Customer in NetSuite.
On tab Communication click Email to create a new message.
