FAQ's

Can I assign a different Customer Group for each store?
No, unfortunately that's not supported by Magento. We may decide to customise this in the future to allow different customer groups.  A work around is to limit the access of a customer to just one store, so they don't get access to the B2B discounts in other stores.
Please, check Magento Access Group for more information.

What's the difference between Builder and Builder+?
We use a suffix “+” to represent Premier customer groups. As you can see the discount level is bigger for those users.

Can a customer access multiple price lists?
Yes, a Retailer customer, for instance, will have access to the Retailer Price List and the MSRP price list. Sales Rep will have access to all the price lists available.
Although, users can access different price lists, the price of the items added to the shopping cart will always reflect the discount assigned to its customer group. A Retailer will get a 55% discount, for instance.
