Second time a couple mistakes(left in proofing basket too long, didn’t hit the right button to turn the oven down to 450 after 20 minutes) meant one loaf was burned and the other salvaged but very crunchy.
Delicious but time-consuming and a bit stressful. I simmered the broth too long and ended up with not enough, but added water back in and it seemed to work out fine.
NOTES / I've never really loved cooking… but maybe that's changing
