Service Description

Generally, this IT Help Desk acts as a hub(center of support) for reporting technical support incidents, as well service requests. If an Health Facility has a technical element, the users in that HF should be directed to contact that person for support. The IT Help Desk acts as back-up support when these HF technical staff are unable to solve the issue or are unavailable.
