Welcome to the online portion of the DandDTrans World Cafe dialogues! World Cafe is a process that lets us think together about a common set of questions. It is traditionally done in an in-person gathering lasting a few hours, with two or more rounds of conversation during which all participants discuss the same questions in groups of four. This is followed by a full group "harvest." This adaptation of the form is a prototyping experiment to see how well it might work to have groups discuss the same questions in a series of rounds both online and via two live calls, spread out over an extended period of time.  Individuals and groups are encouraged to take notes on this hackpad of ideas that came up in their conversations.

In this experimental form, there will be more than one question addressed at a time online. Current pads are be listed below, with an archive below that. These online rounds will feed into the live rounds held via MaestroConference, the first of which is on January 6th, and the second TBD (+schedule here).

These pads are not the current focus of the community's conversations, although some of them might be brought back at a later time, with new rounds added that build on what is currently there.

+What's Possible?
This pad supports a conversation based on two questions about possibility, taken from Peter Block's book Community: the Structure of Belonging.

This pad supports a series of rounds about the questions we might ask ourselves
