If you have any questions about the hackathon, please ask us on slack(details below).
Overview
The main goal of this event is to transform existing code in R packages that can be made available to the statistics and imaging communities. Whether you have existing code that you want to make into a package, or want to help others make and document packages, you are welcome to participate! People working in other programming languages like MATLAB, Python, and bash are also welcome.
When you arrive, go to the security guard who will check your name, give you a security badge, and buzz you in to the elevators. If arriving at the start of the hackathon, proceed to the 14th floor(the guard can help direct you) and as you exit the elevators you’ll find the registration desk and can pick up your badge. If you have any difficulty finding your way or gaining access to the hackathon, please ask for assistance on the Slack Team.
Spaces
We have several rooms available for the hackathon which we’ll have access to at different times, but all rooms are located in the Biomedical Research Building. While we’ve outlined the schedule above, depending on the number of participants and how groups form, we may distribute across multiple spaces and rearrange the schedule, so please stay tuned to the Slack Team for updates.
