​​How to edit a customer group?
​​There are two ways to know what's the user Customer Group, from NetSuite or Magento.

​NetSuite

​Select Customer Group
  1. ​​Just find the customer and click to Edit. 
  1. ​​Click the tab Magento. 
  1. ​​If the user already has a Magento Account, Customer ID won't be empty.
  1. ​​Select the Magento Customer Group and click Save.

​
​Export Changes
  1. ​​Click Edit again, go to the Magento tab and tick EXPORT CUSTOMER TO MAGENTO.
  1. ​​Click Save
​​The change is exported right away.
​​
​​You can check the export log to make sure everything worked. In order to do that, go to System > Celigo Integration Log. If any error happened the system will show it.

​How do I know which Customer Group to pick?
​​Please, refer to our Discounts Table to know all the discounts available.

​How long it takes for the changes to be applied?
​​Unless an error happened, the changes will become available right away. The user doesn't need to login again, just refresh the page.

​How do I know the change was successfully exported?
​​You can check the export log to make sure everything worked. In order to do that, go to System > Celigo Integration Log. If any error happened the system will show it.

​​Alternatively, the customer Group can also be changed from Magento.

​​You can use the following credentials to connect in Magento.

  1. ​​Connect with your credentials.
  1. ​​On the menu, select Customers and then Manage Customers.
  1. ​​Locate the customer you want to check (you can use the filter or search for the email).
  1. ​​On the sidebar, click Account Information.
  1. ​​Check if the Group has the right option selected.
