  • ​​macOSはマザボ直結のUSBが15ポートまでしか使えない制限があります。上記レポジトリは、使えるUSBの組み合わせ毎に設定ファイル（USBPorts.kext）が別れているので、お好きなものを選んでください。僕はケースのフロントにUSB 3.1 Gen 2が無い分を省いたUSBPorts.kextを自作しました
  • ​​細かい部分で設定を詰めたいなら、OpenCore Install Guideは一通り読んでおく方が後々トラブルに対応しやすいです。
  • ​​10900K, 発熱凄くて正直この構成でも冷却追いついてないので、下位モデルで空冷の方をオススメします
  • ​​Comet Lake世代なら同じconfig.plist使えるはず
  • ​​10900Kは完全に見栄です
  • ​​シングルコア性能がM1 macに次いで強く、マルチコアはMac Pro (Late 2019) 12 Core, iMac Pro (Late 2017) 18 Core程度を目指しました。ゼロから買った場合コストは半額程度ですが、手持ちのWindows機を流用したので僕は10数万程度で住みました

​Modify NVIDIA Web Driver to current macOS version (Ref)

​​While  387.10.10.10.25.106 which is the latest driver supporting multiple NVIDIA GPUs should be paired with macOS 10.13.6 17D102, I wrongly updated the OS to 17G3025. To deal with this mismatch, below procedure worked well for me.

​Disable SIP protection either in config.plist or via clover
​​
  1. ​​Mount your EFI and open config.plist in clover configurator
  1. ​​Go to RT variables 
  1. ​​Change CsrActiveConfig = 0x67
  1. ​​Reboot the Mac OS.
​​
​
​Download the script
  1. ​​Open terminal and go the directory you extract this script
  1. ​​ Run the script , by typing ./webdriver list​
​​ Choose the latest version of nvidia web driver, usually number 1. So just type "1" and press enter
  1. ​​ When asked to Install? Type "y" for yes
  1. ​​ Modify installed driver for current Mac OS version? type "y" for yes
  1. ​​ Then after installation, make sure to do this to get the driver to load. Enter this in the same terminalsudo kextcache -i /​
  1. ​​webdriver -m​ to modify the supporting version of the driver 
  1. ​​ Reboot Mac OS
