Summary

Problem
  • The team at Pronto identified that many non-profits and churches are paying high processing fees, stuck in long-term contracts, and are unable to navigate complex, unintuitive user flows and forms. 

Solution
  • Pronto Pay is the donor management web app that has responded to this issue by creating a new API to undercut industry standard processing rates by up to 1%

 

My Role

  • Create and standardize verbiage for entire product
  • Write end-to-end product walkthroughs and scripts
  • Write all user-facing copy including UX, FAQS, social media, pitch deck and voice guide
