NGG: hungry for building on all the things that have been surfacing; feels like we've had an appetizer and now hungry for The Meal. Been putting together a model that is relationship building-exploratory...processes for getting to know people better...as different for processes designed for managing conflict...issues and content...decision-making and problem-solving.
Bruce: circle-council ways to mediate balance issues...hovering question of how government should be addressing power(im)balances in planning and resources allocation...need ways for government to work in ways that reflect"balance". There is a"universal form" of communication that it trying to come forward...if we could convene and spirit of mutual respect and listening that would be a real revolution.
How to build universal bridges between people of divergent values and belief systems? Where are the commonalities in our belief systems and world views. Discerning together...how to do that?
What are the processes that surface common values, beliefs, assumptions in a group of diverse people who"think" they disagree on just about everything?..so as to create a foundation of shared somethings(agreements?) from which a co-creative experience/action can emerge that in some way reflects and meets the needs of the diverse people in a community/organization?
