Head of Experience—Nunzio Esposito
Focused on seeing the vision fulfilled by overseeing the team responsible for successful delivery and future viability of the organization—acting like a Founder at an entrepreneurial start-up, the Head of Experience cultivates relationship in the C-Suite & greater Infor to assess opportunities, mitigates threats while providing the broad high-level view of the organization. Enabling Hook & Loop to confidently stay its course or strategically pivot as needed to become an incubator of value. By remaining uninvolved in the day-to-day operations this carves a path to create the runway that will empower the evolution of people, processes, and products in ways that make more out of less and that accrue to more value than just the sum of the parts.

Product Director—Camellia George
Focused on market fit, planning while guiding, and deliver—leveraging domain knowledge for the team to build awesome products based on market needs for the team. The product director supports and guides during the entire lifecycle, using research, relying on subject matter experts, and gathering insights through the design-thinking process (innovation). A dedication to human-centered design (implementation) ensures products that offers customer and user value.

Strategically shape the lifecycle of our mobile solutions into greater Infor
Transition plan for 1 Mobile Solution to a long-term home within an Infor product team
Leverage and contribute to the design system evolution through mobility outputs
>30% reused code for second releases of the Accelerator product initiatives 
Continuously share learnings internally (Hook & Loop)
Product & operation decisions shared as internal case studies (1 every other month in 2018)

Development Director—Ben Fenton
Focused on using the right tools to build product, evolve our design system, and benchmark dev-ops—the technology director surveys current and future technology to support Infor’s business needs by informing Hook & Loop about technical feasibility and optimize outcomes and outputs through internal and external development teams while empowering the design system team to anticipate new demands for delivering and scaling highly configured experiences across the enterprise.
