My Big Nigerian Wedding

The Television Series was originally created to exploit the Huge National Fascination that the African Nations have with Wedding Ceremony, in which they have Culturally and elaborately incorporated their need for ritual, Ceremony Music & Dance into the Event. The Significance of Family, preparation, style, and the intensity of effort that goes into  creating the perfect event is clearly documented throughout these popular Series.

The Series genre is Documentary: Factual Luxury Lifestyles.

Both Series enabled the Funding of three other Films which are about to be released to Cinema Audiences. Therefore the Producers never really exploited the Full potential of the Documentaries in Africa or elsewhere.
5 Star Film Company Ltd now own Worldwide distribution Rights, and have seen the potential for these documentaries to cater for the most under catered for Minority in the United Kingdom.
There are around 2,200,000 English Speaking African residents and overseas Students presently in the U.K,and apart from Wildlife Documentaries there are no TV Channels scheduling any programs for this genre. Therefore we believe that this Documentary will be an instant smash with this Sub culture who will easily identify with the Programs, and remind them of their relatives own lives back in Africa, therefore creating a nostalgic link between the Viewer and the Program Series.

The Series are Licensed as one unit being Series 1 and Series 2,

With an Appeal already established yet under exploited in Africa, due to the Producers commitment to making Short Films,as well as a potential Audience appetite in the U.K, both of these series present an inexpensive and viable proposition for a Television Channel to profit from “My Big Nigerian Wedding”
