Demonstrating patience and empathy towards users’ issues and mediating as needed. Supporting and assisting new team members in defining and understanding escalation and internal processes. Advanced after 3 months to specialization team handling last-minute guest re-bookings, host cancellations, and mediation of user disputes. Tracking and analyzing recurring friction points for users and providing regular feedback to team lead. Nominated for ‘Cool as a Cucumber’ category in Community Support Awards.

How the company engage the team to maintain the bond as everyone on remote working? what some sort of action or program abb did due to tht issue? how do you feel about the program ?
