Helpdesk
For issues effecting your installations at health facilities, please email helpdesk@esaude.org with the following information:
Your name and organization
Health facility or installation that is having issues
Description of Issue
Include the Server Operating System version
Java version
Tomcat version
MySQL version
OpenMRS platform version
Description.
What you’ve done to try and solve the issue(if anything - it’s okay if you haven’t tried anything though as well)

The eSaude community uses Slack for day to day chatting. Our Slack URL is https://esaude.slack.com and anyone is welcome to join us. Just email ops@esaude.org using the subject Slack Account Request to request an invite.
StandUps and UberConference
We use UberConference for our team meetings. To access the eSaude UberConference line, visit https://www.uberconference.com/esaude. Our current call schedule is:
In the past we have used Skype for team meetings, but we now prefer UberConference.
Mailing List
The community uses a public mailing list(subscribe). Everyone interested in participating in the community should sign up and feel free to contribute to discussions using their language of choice.
Trello
Discussions about specific work items sometimes happen on card comments in the eSaude Trello organisation. If you are interested in specific technical work items, you are welcome to participate. To get added to the Trello team, send an email to ops@esaude.org with the subject Trello Team Add Request. Please include your Trello username in the email body.
GitHub
The technical team often discusses code contributions on GitHub pull requests. All code is open source and anyone can participate in these discussions.
Documentation
Since our docs are editable by anyone, they are another way we communicate with each other. See the eSaude Documentation Index for a list of pages you can edit. Also feel free to create new pages as required.
