Distribution of Monthly Pension among Destitute Widows
Safa Baitul Maal enquires about deserving and helpless widows whose liveshave become vexatious after the death of their husbands.Thecondition of a young women is particularly more pathetic whose husband expires suddenly due to someaccident and neither herparents are alive nor she has any siblings who could look after her, in this criticalcondition, she feels alone and destitute. If any Muslim organisation does not comeforward to help these destitute widows, then the Christian missionaries on the pretext of offering worldly help may ruin their hereafter. SafaBaitul Maal, through its representatives enquires about such destitute widows, by visiting various localitiesand after a thoroughinvestigation; monthly pensions are released to them. By the grace of Almighty Allah,monthly pensions are being to 120 destitute widows. A sum of Rs.1000/- each totalling Rs.120,000/- as aid is released every month to these widows. If every wealthy person takes up the yearly sponsorship of at least one destitute widow their lives would be less vexed and they could safeguard their religion and faith.
