​​Exciting news!!! We’re lucky to have have 3 talented Parsons alumna coming to our class in the next few weeks to talk to us about their time in school, their design interests and how their design practice evolved through their work.

​​In Class Activity – Visiting Alumni Poster Series

​​Task: Create a system for our visiting designer series. Design three online posters (one website per poster) for each visiter.

  • ​​Both should feel like they’re part of the same series
  • ​​Your posters should contain: The guest’s name, the date, the time, the location
  • ​​Your posters should be responsive (use a media query) and should scale
  • ​​Your posters should link to the other two posters in the series
  • ​​You might consider keeping your posters mostly typographic and seeing how much variation you can achieve within a set of parameters.
  • ​​You should use animation or an interactive element on the page
  • ​​Please link to your posters on your class homepage
​​
​​As a way of thanking our guests, we can consolidate our posters into one archive and share it with them!
