Ways I’ve Manifested Through My Art

IDEAL BEACH HOUSE DREAMS

This is the biggest dream realized to-date. California beach realty has been a wild dream of ours! Yep it’s expensive af and yep for us totally worth it. We wanted that beach life!!

So to immerse ourselves and make it feel true I made a print with what I imagined our life could be. And then I got it printed on a shirt for Mike and leggings for me.

We walked around Santa Cruz in them (and people looked at us a little oddly but whatevs) and two years later we now live in a gorgeous modern beach house just steps from a the sea!

Yes of course other work was done… learning to be good stewards of money, working on mindset and what’s possible, etc. This print was another tool to get what we wanted and it was a fun way to step into that desire and to truly own it!

“GETTIN’ TURT” IN HAWAII

It was a dream of mine to see sea turtles up close so for my birthday we planned a trip to Maui and I created a sea turtle print to call in that wish. Immediately upon arrival we stumbled upon a beach teaming with sea turtles! It was MAGICAL. I think I may have cried with joy.

BEAR EXPERIENCE!

Um this was sorta insane. We had a BEAR DIRECTLY OVER OUR HEADS.

On our first trip to Tahoe in our brand new Jeep we pulled up to a park and I could sense a weirdness — people in the parking lot looking at something. As I was looking down at my bear leggings I said “I wonder if there’s a bear here? I wonder if I manifested a bear experience!” In a totally joking manner.

And there was a bear!

It was foraging around the front of the Jeep and I got scared and locked the door. The noise of the lock made the bear interested and it came to inspect while we were in the Jeep. Ahhhh!

Bear sightings aren’t that common in Tahoe actually so this was unique. And it a was cute and rare cinnamon colored bear too!

SAKROOTS COLLAB

I was a fan of Sakroots for YEARS before my first big collab.

I loved the bags — how colorful and well made they were. I collected them.

So when I started posting my art to IG I simply left a casual comment on a Sakroots IG post and then they reached out with a deal! (At that point I think I had only been consistently posting for like a few months, with a new design every day so I had quite a lot to show.)

Anyway it was always a dream of mine to work with them. And in some ways this opportunity  came so easily, in another way not. The hard work was BEFORE the dream happened — working on my belief system and doing away with perfectionism.

In this example, ALL of the art I had created up to this point was what manifested this opportunity. Putting it all over my IG, getting it into the world.

TO SUM IT UP

As you see I REALLY love leggings and this is what I tend to put my art on when I really want to manifest something. Haha. The reason I love them is because I LOVE looking down at my legs and seeing the art — it’s always on me, a constant reminder. And it just feels extra sexy, idk.

I think this is key: to put the art on things you use or see daily. It’s all about surrounding yourself, immersing yourself, in your vision. Other great options are phone cases, water bottles, towels, mugs, blankets. Whatever you use most!
