The Warehouse Coordinator/Courier is primarily responsible for ensuring on-time pickup and delivery services for central and campus teams and maintaining the organization of Life.Church physical warehouse locations.

The Logistics Support Team is responsible for receiving and distributing thousands of resources that make it possible for our Life.Church teams to carry out ministry and daily tasks. Our warehouse is stocked with resources that are distributed to our central offices and campus teams daily, as well as any products for special events.
We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator/Courier to assist in managing the warehouse and delivering the resources that our ministries need to thrive. Keep reading to see if you might be the perfect fit for this role!

What you’ll do:
Deliver furniture, equipment, and supplies to all Oklahoma campuses on a weekly basis, to our Central office on a daily basis, with occasional out-of-state trips
Follow best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading courier vans and box trucks
Communicate and collaborate with others to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups
Maintain Logistics Support vehicles and schedule rental vehicles, roll off dumpsters, and other equipment as needed
Manage software for item delivery and tracking
Receive, inspect, and track all incoming packages, and prepare items for shipping
Be able to lift 50+ lb
