Regina- mostly an activist and part of NCDD. Need to be more proactive as a community..hope to find strategies to be non-partisan, Alliance for Justice, advise non-profits to be more affective, lawyers. We could be a similar catalyst.

Patricia-NVP- practice group-empathy, deep listening-def. when you're willing to have your maind changed... I have strong judgements and I've changed. I realized what I have been blockinfg. Oneness with everybody.
Regina-support comments, sense of urgency, Fergusan prompting conversation. Need more concrete strategies to work in community. Maybe in NCDD. need to make changes ina big.
Hina-shift in consciousness, maturing from authoritarian values, who am I in each conversation and relationship
