​​I often use Instagram and Facebook in my spare time.
​​I use Facebook, GrabTaxi, and Pregnancy apps.
​​I use Game apps, Duolingo, and Health management apps.

​​I don’t use any real estate apps. I don’t know any of them because I think internet websites provide sufficient information.
​​I currently don’t use any real estate apps. Last year, I used several apps for research purpose.

​​Real estate app called “Bat Dong San.” Before I bought an apartment, I rented apartment using this app. Easy to view photos of houses for rent.
​​I use game apps for leisure purpose. I also use O2O apps like food delivery, table reservation apps for convenience.

​​In general, Vietnam lacks well-built apps. Vietnam real estate apps only show basic information about the property, lack design consistency, lack trustworthiness and transparency.

  • ​​fail to match user’s expectations of apps
  • ​​lack user-friendly interfaces and coherence
