UI & UX Review for Meetingly.de
Date: 5th Feb 2020

Hello there! šŸ˜„Ā
First of all, I am thrilled and excited to be reviewing a German website. Letā€™s see how it goes šŸ˜„ I hope you find it useful.

Review:

This is Ā how your website looks from a 1920x1080 desktop. You can see you have a logo on the top left of your header and also another logo in the center of your page. You donā€™t need two logos. Also your heading text has a dark grey border which makes it look a bit difficult to read and unprofessional.Ā

  1. Remove the logo from the center of the page and only have it on the top left
  1. Change color of the Heading text to something dark and remove the border
  1. Since you are have a header, why do you have the top ā€œStrukturierte und zielorientierte Business-Meetingsā€? You can use it as your heading.Ā

  1. All your menus in the header are UPPER CASE OR CAPITAL LETTERS. It is recommended to change them to normal styles like ā€œLogin, Action Agenda Freeā€ etc.Ā

in this section, you see the heading text is at the top and sub heading is on the left. This is not considered professional. It is recommended to position them differently. For example in my startup Instepsā€™s landing page, I have done the following:
You can see the header, sub header and other elements are on the left while illustration is on the right. You should follow a similar approach.
Slack also has the heading and sub-heading on the left.Ā

I recommend that your design should have heading, sub heading, call to action on the left and your descriptive image on the right.

Something like this would work wonders! šŸ˜„Ā

  1. The text alignment in this is center while I recommend you to align the text to left. Like in the examples of Slack and Insteps designs.

  1. Designing just like that makes it look very simple and people might mistake it as some website thatā€™s not professional. I recommend you create box and put these elements inside the box.Ā

  • You can follow an approach like this:

or even this:Ā
So in this case, it would look something like:Ā
  1. Since your website is long, consider having Ā a Get Started or Sign Up button the the top next to Login
For example, like this!Ā

  1. You can show this data in your landing page without having to click the button
