​​Manifest makes 401(k) transfers seamless. Transferring is so tedious today that 89% of people who start the process, don’t finish. We’re building the first ever digital transfer solution for a 22,000 person employer so people can keep growing their retirement savings regardless of job changes.

​​Without our users, our business wouldn't exist. We’re looking for a driven and passionate designer to improve on the first version of our product. You’ll be working with our founders, developers, and junior designer to continue improving Manifest’s user experience. 

​​In any given day you will…

  • ​​Need a passion for design to distinguish between ‘good’ and ‘great’ and are able to not only identify best practices, but push boundaries and explore new territory
  • ​​Tackle complex challenges by leveraging your visual communication skills to provide clarity and simplicity for our team and users
  • ​​Utilize your skills in Figma, Sketch, or AdobeXD to help us brand our website, mobile applications, and other marketing materials
  • ​​Apply your graphic design skills to:
  • ​​Collaborate with our founders, frontend developers, and UX designers to design features
  • ​​Illustrate icons and images for our web application and marketing materials 
  • ​​Design layouts for our marketing materials based on limited copy 
  • ​​Apply digital design techniques to build out the Manifest web application

​​To do a great job in this position, ideally you’ll have 2 years of UI experience with a specialization in financial services.
