- Tower and Payload
A. Cabling check inside the vaccum chamber:
Measurement was performed by checking resistance, inductance, and foreward voltage at feedthrough ports on the vaccum chamber.
Resistance and forward voltage were measured by digital multimeter “Sanwa CD772”.
Inductance and capacitance were measured by LCR meter “Lutron LCR-9183”.
Inductance was measured at 1kHz.
