Today, transferring retirement accounts is a complex process that involves pen and paper, faxes, and phone calls. Manifest is built to help. We’re incrementally digitizing the manual process and taking these onerous tasks off of our users’ shoulders. As a User Advocate, you can make sure users move swiftly through their transfer journey as we work to digitize the retirement account transfer process. 

On any given day you will…

  • Distill complicated retirement topics into clear and tangible concepts, acting as a transfer partner and trusted advisor to our users.
  • Candidates will be asked to pass the FINRA Series 65 Exam or equivalent.
  • Handle all of our tickets with the ability to answer any and all questions in regards to Manifest: basic 401(k) terminology, navigating our application, answering FAQs, and troubleshooting bugs and flaws in our application. 
  • Call 401(k) providers to track down missing information needed to complete a user’s transfer.
  • Handle customer support with confidence, both live (chat or phone) or asynchronously (email). 
  • Use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to build on our FAQ database in Help Scout as we continue growing.
