  • Take attendance daily using Cobot
  • Follow up with payment failing folks (listed in Cobot)
  • Handle membership changes and member questions about membership

  • Tours and Drop-ins
  • Give tours to folks who signed up on the website
  • Send payment link to folks who dropped in for the day
  • Send follow-up emails to tours (or to reschedule missed tours)
  • Keep an eye on the door for unscheduled tours

  • The Space
  • Check and reorder supplies for the Hall
  • Organize mail area and update package list
  • Keep an eye on space and declutter/organize as needed (stuff under desks, storage areas, etc)
  • Maintain phone rooms and conference rooms
  • Teach members how to make coffee 
  • Help out with printer and internet issues
  • Take out compost buckets Monday Nights
  • Fridge clean-out once a month
  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen

  • Assemble and write up a weekly email to all members

  • Events
  • Listen for potential events in conversations and invite members to build events around their interests
  • Guide members through event hosting check-list
  • Book and plan Show and Tell once a month
  • Set-up and record Show & Tell every Third Thursday
  • Plan and promote Open House (1st fridays) with the team
  • Promote and signal boost events in and out of the space
  • Find ways to get folks talking to each other
