Chairman’s Message

WOW What a year it has been. For only“sort of” coming out of the pandemic we accomplished a lot! We also got back to flyouts, Jill attended the NW/SW Section meeting in Las Vegas, seven members attended Oshkosh Air Ventures, Jolie hosted two of the three annual Oceano events(movie night & toys for kids) and we repainted the Compass Rose under the coordination of Kathy Dannecker and paint provided by the airport.
The best news is we added 8 new members with 4 just in October and November and we gave out 2 scholarships. Congratulations to all for a year of keeping busy!
Here’s to 2022!
Hopefully we will see flyouts co-hosted by other SLO99 chapters like we did in 2019. Here are the highlights we know so far:
