Wrong Fuel Type in VehicleĀ 

All fleet cards have been set as ā€˜diesel onlyā€™, which means if a volunteer puts any other fuel type into the van, the fleet card will decline.Ā 
At this point, once the volunteer has called Service Support, roadside assistance will need to be called to arrange a tow to the nearest mechanic so the fuel tank can be drained.

Payment over the phone will be required to pay for the Unleaded. Please use either your PMā€™s or Ryan's card for this.
Additionally, TLā€™s on upcoming shifts will need to be notified of shift cancellations until the fuel issue is sorted.
