The client was excelling very well in sporting career but unfortunately injuries occurred and his dream was shattered. He was devastated that he couldn’t follow his father’s footsteps and play the sport he loves. He distances himself from the sport completely never watched it on tv and never spoke about it, it definitely hurt is spirit. Need realised he need help and move on with his life and created the affirmations to get him by and feel positive and live life again.
He wants to help all Athletes with affirmations to provide support and be positive coach so when times are tuff it will help them have a stronger mindset to get them through their sporting adventure.
