Round Three Question:
  • Sensing into everything you've said and heard, what's taking shape here?

Collaborative Notes

I'm still with no voice but what I'm hearing is the importance of demonstrating love and respect especially with challenging people who may be bullying, hosting circles between emerging young leaders and wise old leaders, Conducting conversations on local food systems, changes to our climate and environment that sustains us. Hosting Kitchen Table Conversations. Using these virtual platforms to do this work. Connecting with others here is empowering and life enhancing for me in my work.
Brian and Heather not yet seeing what's taking shape here...so big and complex; will take a few days of reflection
Am sensing something biased by personal choices--seeing opportunities that are showing up and the "larger" crises; seeing my connections and where I have traction
How to invite/relate to those who are "different"; see who shows up in front of me as "different"...don't go looking for them--
Be open when my should voice comes up
Institute of Noetic Sciences researching consciousness for 40 yrs
Strategically engaging with consciousness--how does human/heart mind impact our environment; how do we show up in the consciousness of who one really is
Drawn to the science of....as people have forgotten they we are nature not some thing that is separate from Nature...
Invite awareness of our biases as part of knowing who one is
Could it be as simple as remembering who we "really are" and then a/the path opens up?

Inviting people to How do we create a thriving, resilient local food system? is easier than a conversation about who we really are. Heather is experimenting about having both of these conversations in the room at the same time. The who we really are question comes up when we deal with real stuff in the world. Who am I really question also brings up the Where am I question. Heather can relax a little bit with all the drama when she can see we are on a small blue ball all together with the whole universe.
Lovely Heather.  Thank you, Mark.
These calls create a safe place to be heard with our deepest stories that we feel vulnerable to share
Heather feels shimmery and deep connection and vibration with Sharon also describing deep joy and, energy and vibrations. Mark also feels this too.
We are raising our vibrational level together. We learn to trust what is happening is making the difference we are hoping for and our hearts know is possible.
Shifting the lens in our glasses
