One piece of the solution for the problems we see above, is a dashboard idea. It’s also about“a bi layer” and bi type thinking for an org. This is an example of how work on a main track, could funnel back to a parallel track.Â
The second, parallel track of work is to collaborate across all the teams and facilitate reporting, dashboards, etc…Â
