🌟 #transparency Charter

Goals

  1. Accomplish transparency by exposing our work (and process) and other org stats
  1. Demonstrate a commitment to team culture & health by collecting and surfacing culture- specific org stats  (because its takes focusing on employees to drive a better CX for our users)
  1. Demonstrate our daily commitment (accountability) to driving impact across Infor by  goal setting and collecting org stats

Bonus:
  1. Demonstrate our commitment to sensing and collecting feedback (internally, to stake holders, and externally) to improve
  1. Build Something beyond papers and invisions
  • (demonstrate our ability in birst, in dashboarding, in our design system (e.g align with our CX Principles), and maybe a prototype track for some of our accelerator work)
  1. Show the Hook and Loop brand to office ( and Inforum ) visitors

“Goals > Solutions” Convo

  1. (accomplish transparency)
  1. I see us needing to build a better way to navigate all our work. we’re getting there. Many vested parties.
  1. (team culture)The polly poll is in it’s own thread, and CPM and Mallory work could really boost this. there is a vibe there we could try and just support stuff they are doing.
  1. (okr/accountability)Not a dashboard, thing, its an org thing, and boom, 2 seconds well show it. Can’t move the org.

  1. (sensing) The sense and respond book personified. again need to kick off a spawn and way to collect and start to systemetize the data. (need an org information hierarchy to connect to)
  1. & 6.  building and showing brand (these are consequences of all of the above)

Two Tracks

One piece of the solution for the problems we see above, is a dashboard idea. It’s also about “a bi layer” and bi type thinking for an org. This is an example of how work on a main track, could funnel back to a parallel track.

The main track objective is to build and improve on our current h&l #transparency dashboard.

The second, parallel track of work is to collaborate across all the teams and facilitate reporting, dashboards, etc…

Main: The dashboard

For the main track, #transparency is not a trend, or a system, or a thing that has a widespread roadmap, its simply creating a series of iterations on top of our current dashboard.
