Final critique will take place on the last day of studio, not in lab as previously communicated. All students will do a skill assessment test on the final day of lab.
Input/Output is due on Thursday 05/06 at 9am.
Small Group Meetings
Today we will meet in small groups on Zoom, please join at your time slot and continue working on your project independently in the meantime. A few questions you should have considered:
Who is the audience of your project?
What is your project communicating? Is it part of a larger story or is it more of a single purpose experience?
What don’t you know how to do to execute the project? Does it seem realistic, or should you try to simplify the project into something a little more straightforward? Or, if it’s a new challenge that you’re unafraid to try, consider breaking the project into a series of steps.
For homework, aim to have a very basic version of your project online. The site should be a prototype of how you imagine it to work and function, but can omit visual design and total functionality. We will test the prototypes in class, so make sure to have something to share.
