Overview: Giga-store
Explainer
Wants to build a platform for small business owners to have a presence to sell online without having to go through multiple different channels. Wants to build the Aussie version of amazon basically. wants this to progress to a crowd sourced delivery system as well. This is for mum and pop stores, food vendors and even at home business, wants to take market share from the likes of Facebook and Amazon with ability for payments through his media (which facebook doesn't allow).

Ram, he is big on communication - He understands if we can't get to him straight away but he likes to be notified if we can't get to him. He has worked with previous app vendors before that were terrible at this which is why he shopped for a different vendor.

  1. Help shoppers find local, retail products via a marketplace platform and offer delivery options (e.g same day delivery)

Client’s background:
  • Ram is an Intensive Care Doctor living in Hobart, Tasmania. 

The motivation behind this:
  • Like new ideas, new areas that he could find a niche or a subject matter that he could dive deep into and see that the outcome is, mostly of curious and interest. 
  • In his spare time, he’s been watching “The BigEcommerce” (unsure) for a while.  To him, It’s a fascinating story, look at the history, how things came about.
