Project aims

Integrate an assimilation system for a regional chemical transport model
Leverage satellite observations of ammonia improve estimates of emissions
Compare refined emissions estimates with those achieved by other techniques

Desired candidate

Demonstrated ability to persist when challenges arise
Interested in understanding and communicating what is not yet known about air pollution
Experienced working with large datasets (e.g., netCDF, HDF) and code (e.g., Python, Fortran) written by others
Excited to live in a large, diverse city with access to green space
