Participants of the Affiliate Program can be any physical person("Individual") aged 18 and above. Referred game developer("Game Developer") and an Individual must be two different persons/entities.
1.1. The reward will be paid to Individual during 12 month period amounting 5% of reffered game revenue that month.
1.2. Maximum amount Individual is entiteled to is $10 000.
1.3. 12 months begin with 1st in-game Monetizr purchase.
1.4. Individual must provide valid bank account to receive monthly payments.
2. Affiliate bonus
Earn affiliate bonus as follows:
2.1. The Individual fills out and submits a form in www.themonetizr.com/affiliate including Individual's name, surname and Individual's e-mail and submits the form.
2.2. The Individual receives introduction materials and unique code via e-mail to distribute to Game Developers.
2.3. After finalizing onboarding process, Monetizr is integrated into Game Developer's game, and Game Developer has made 1st sale, Individual receives 5% of revenue per month for 12 months or up to $10 000 within 12 months per referral.
2.4. The Individual might be asked to sign DocuSign form confirming receiving remuneration.
2.5. Mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute referral message is not permitted.
3. Qualifying
A qualifying purchase for receiving remuneration means that the Game Developer has made 1st sale with Monetizr in-game integration.
If two different Individuals refer one Game Developer at the same time, Monetizr rewards Individual after whose referral e-mail onboarding took place.
4. Limitation of the Program
4.1. The Individual is only eligible for Rewards until a maximum of $10 000 per year per game.
4.2. Game Developer cannot combine multiple codes from different Individuals.
4.3. Individual must be a physical person 18 years and above with a valid bank account.
4.4. Game Developer must have a mobile game or a mobile app:
4.4.1. Compatible with iOS, Android, Unity platforms;
4.4.2. Published game on app stores or ready to launch within 60-days.
5. Miscellaneous
The Monetizr Affiliate Program is a courtesy offered by Monetizr and does not create any legal obligations that may be enforced in front of a court. Monetizr may suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the Monetizr Affiliate T&Cs, including, e.g., a user’s ability to participate in the Affiliate Program or the Reward amount and country availability, at any time and for any reason.
In case of violation of these terms and conditions, Monetizr may not credit Individual's account. We reserve the right to credit the Reward within a 60-day window frame after the Qualifying Purchase has been made.
Monetizr reserve the right to suspend Individual's referral remuneration if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Monetizr Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend Individual or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate. Any initiated Game Developer referrals which are still pending after one year will be deleted.
Monetizr can amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
