Lunacy Concept
Lunacy is the graphic software to speed up the work.

How to Speed up

Of course, we are trying all the usual stuff:
  • Shortcuts
  • Usability testing
  • Native Apps for a better performance
  • Powerful features, etc.

Also, we have some know-hows. Let’s review them.

Predictive Analytics

IDEs suggest users what to use next. Graphic software doesn’t. We use the usage data that we accumulate to suggest the next thing.

Examples:
  1. A designer draws a small rectangle. Lunacy suggests the buttons both from the previously created by the designer or supplied as a library.
  1. A designer draws a wide a wide rectangle on the top. Lunacy suggests the menus.
  1. A designer created a rectangle. Instead of type something, Lunacy fills it with the text matching the box size. Also, Lunacy tries to guess what this artwork is about and suggests the content based on that. For an Instagram story, it could be “10 Makeup Tips” or something.

2. Integration of Content

Historically, Icons8 creates both the content and the software. Others either create one or another.

Our content:
  • Icons
  • Instagram stories, twitter posts, etc.
  • Memes (like "Stay calm and carry on")
  • UI kits
  • Text (instead of "lorem ipsum")
  • Photos
  • Illustrations

3. Freeware

"Try before you buy” is a highly popular everywhere from fashion retail to shareware software. Not in the graphic content though; once you allow someone do download your vector files, you loose the control over it.

We can give people an opportunity to make anything with any components as bitmap objects. You can use our bitmap icons, UI kit elements, etc. If you like what you see, you subscribe and use them as vector objects.

Paid features
  1. To edit the components. Example: if you want to change the text on a button, you have to subscribe.
  1. To have the components as the vector objects. Example: if you want to export an icon as SVG, you have to subscribe.

We can support this functionality it in two stages:
