​​YES, YOU ARE SIGNING. YOU ARE A SIGNING AUTHOR. YES, YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED TO SIGN YOUR OWN BOOKS. YES, YOU MAY NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BOOKS TO SIGN.

​​FACEBOOK AUTHOR GROUP NOTE: We may put out information and ask questions that apply only to Saturday signing authors. If there is info or are questions we need Showcase authors to see, we will indicate in the post.

  • ​​Please use your author name in the name of the graphic file
​​Order your author banner (not required)
​​Order your business cards (not required)
  • ​​Zazzle (sales happen all the time)
​​Order your swag (not required)
  • ​​We recommend pens, buttons, and pretty much any non-paper-only item (postcard, flyer, rack card, etc)

  • ​​Friday, October 20th – 5:30pm-8:30pm during and immediately after the VIP Reception
​​
  • ​​Refunds are not available and registration is non-transferable
  • ​​Included in your table fee payment:
  • ​​1/2 (shared) table in the Showcase Event area of the VIP Cocktail Reception
  • ​​1 VIP Cocktail Reception Drink Ticket
  • ​​1 Signing-Only Ticket for the Main Signing on Saturday, October 21
  • ​​Guaranteed room at the DoubleTree – $144/night rate (Friday & Saturday nights)
  • ​​To guarantee your room, you must fill out this form to let us know you’ll be staying at the DoubleTree at the time you submit your table fee payment

  • ​​Charity Raffle Donations 
  • ​​We will be accepting small donations (signed paperback, swag pack, small gift basket, etc) at your registration. 
  • ​​If you would like to provide a more substantial donation for our on-site charity raffle, you may send it directly to Theresa Harrell by October 1st. Please email Theresa before shipping your donation to give her a heads up of what you’re sending.
