You will be presented with 1 of 2 options. If you’re on iSAMS v8.0.706 or greater(released in May 2016), you will be asked to send a message to their Customer Support team - if that’s the case, continue with these instructions. If you’re on an older version of iSAMS, you’ll be shown a popover window. If that’s the case, follow these instructions.
Generating your API key manually
Go to the Batch Methods tab in the popover. This is where you can set which data BridgeU can import.
Select all the relevant methods
Pupil Manager Datasets → Current Students
HR Manager Datasets → Current staff
Exams Manager Datasets → Exam Results
Teaching Manager Datasets → Teaching Sets
Teaching Manager Datasets → Teaching Set Lists
Go to the Student Filters tab.
Select the custom groups you created earlier.
Go to the Key Properties tab.
Copy the API key by highlighting the text, right-clicking and selecting"Copy".
We suggest you name your key“BridgeU API Key”, in the API Key Name field, so you can identify it more easily in the future. Optionally, you could describe the methods and groups the key gives access to in the Description field.

Click the Request Batch API Key on the iSAMS Control Panel to send a request to Support
You will then receive an email from Zendesk with the ticket details where you can request the key to get access to relevant methods or student groups.
