Hightouch-Zendesk Integration Setup
Step 1
Log into your Zendesk workspace with a Zendesk admin account at
https://app.hightouch.io/settings
Click the
“Connect
Zendesk” button
Enter your Zendesk subdomain
Log in to an admin Zendesk account
Click
“Allow”
Step 2
Install the Hightouch Zendesk App in your Zendesk workspace
Visit
https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/hightouch/
and click
“Install”
Choose your workspace from the dropdown and click
“Install”
You will be redirected to your workspace
(you
may need to log in). Click
“Install”
one last time!
Step 3
Set up the channel integration so that messages from Slack can flow into Zendesk and vise-versa
In the
“Settings”
tab of your Zendesk workspace, click on
“Channel
Integrations” under the
“Channels”
section. Then click
“Hightouch”
Navigate to the
“Accounts”
tab and click
“Add
account”
Enter the name of your Slack workspace and click
“Submit"
You’re all set!!
