- Icebreaker — if there’s lots of new people, do a grocery store or alliterative-name icebreaker
- Updates — let people share new developments as relevant
- Values — Not specified how this space works yet. Helps build trust with other members by speaking specifically about the values that STAR organizes through.

- Governance Meeting — proposals go through decision-making process here.
- Tactical Meeting — Ask: “What do you need?” for folks who need something to unblock a current task they are supposed to do. Mostly logistical or requesting one-on-one meetings.
