Ways to Get Involved

Our main purpose is to contribute and amend meaningful content to the Wikipedia information network. Learn how to join us in our mission at one of our many Events held worldwide by following the link above.

Join the Conversation

Get involved in the dialogue around Art+Feminism. Find us and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr to share what you’re working on and invite your communities to join you. Checkout and join our conversation at #artandfeminism as well as #noweditingaf to see what the community is editing as well as to share your work.

Learn to Edit

Whether you are just learning to edit on your own or you’ve been to an event and just want to brush up on your skills, our Editing Kit is the perfect place to look.

Tell Us What Needs Work

Notice something that should be on Wikipedia but isn’t? Suggest it to be added to our list of articles to add or amend.

Support Art+Feminism

There are many ways to contribute to our mission at Art+Feminism. If you would like to make a financial contribution to our cause, please follow this link to help us further our mission.

Organize an Event

If you want to organize an Art + Feminism Event on your own, we’re here to help. Look through our Organizer’s Kit to see if organizing an event is for you and what materials you’ll need to pull it off.

Who Can Participate?

We invite people of all gender identities and expressions, particularly transgender, cisgender, and gender nonconforming women, to address the gender imbalance on Wikipedia by participating in communal updating of Wikipedia’s entries on art and feminism. All our materials have Creative Commons licensing, so we encourage you to reference and remix our workflows and training materials to suit the needs of your community.
