What is an Edit-a-thon?

An Edit-a-thon is a community organized event that aims to teach the public how to edit, update, and add articles on Wikipedia.

Who can attend?

Anyone and everyone interested in learning more about editing Wikipedia, regardless of experience, gender, or background, is welcome to attend. Our edit-a-thons held around the world, with the majority happening in March, and a few others happening throughout the year. Find one near you below.
