Final Presentation
View this as a presentation to a potential employer. You have been asked to come in and give a presentation to the design team at Super Cool Design Studio & Co. They want to see your work, hear your thoughts about the project, and give feedback. Be professional. Whereas other presentations have been casual, treat this like a job interview.

Each person will be alloted 15 minutes for their presentation and to receive feedback/criticism. Leave plenty of room to receive feedback from your peers. Have a friend take notes on the feedback you get.

Remember, we are all trying to improve our work. This is an opportunity to continue finessing your work. This is not the end of perfecting your craft. It’s only the beginning.

Dress how you would dress on an interview. This all depends on the studio/job. Like with all things in this class, there is not one right way, but business casual is always a safe bet.

Things to think about
Speak loudly, enunciate, and slow down
The design of the presentation is as important as the actual work (see examples)
Use neutral colors and backgrounds unless it pertains to the work
Group images when necessary
Give certain work/images their own slide when you want to show details or make large
Write out some questions beforehand to get specific feedback
Cut out the um’s and like’s
Pay attention to your body language
