RFC: Updating Help Centre UI

Issue

Our Help Centre is outdated and hard to navigate for the end user. Currently it lists out our FAQ’s, with guest issues/questions first, then hosts, with no central point of navigation.
http://help.thisopenspace.com/hc/en-us. It also uses our old graphics (outer space) which isn’t inline with our current design strategy.

Current Format

Currently the site looks like this:
I’d like to update the theme and graphics to include distinct searchable areas (categories like ‘guest’ and ‘host’ are preselected, due to the nature of the articles. We can adjust or change the layout, which I’d like to do but would like a designers input on the easier UI for the page.
