Manifest makes 401(k) transfers seamless. Transferring today is so tedious that 89% of people who start the process don’t finish. That’s why we’re building the first ever digital transfer solution for retirement accounts.
As Manifest continues to transfer participant accounts, we’re prioritizing our impact and exploring how it can be measured. Data is only good if it's useful. Employers, retirement providers, and participants need your help to understand the ways an efficient transfer solution would impact their retirement plans.
Manifest is currently working with data collected through our partnership with Washington University in St. Louis, where we analyzed the historical data of 59,500 participants and gathered information about their post-termination behaviors by race, gender, demographic, and age.
There are three main areas of responsibilities for this position: 1) understanding the drivers of our business model, 2) designing methods to measure our impact with our existing user base, and 3) modeling out how Manifest would affect different organizations.
On any given day you will…
Utilize your skills and experience with business analysis & data science to define team-wide best practices for tracking and organizing our data.
Use relevant programming languages to model and visualize data.
We’re looking for a candidate with experience in SQL, Python, R, etc.
Advocate for data excellence and communicate in writing or verbally—predictive analytics models, statistical modeling, econometrics, complex marketplace analysis, or related fields.
Help precisely document our data processes and champion the impact metrics with our broader team.
