Collections
Similar to Tags, Collections allow you to organize asset selections for faster access. Unlike Tags, however, when you create a Collection, it is only visible to you and is not shared across the team. Collections are a convenient way to, for example, make temporary asset selections for a project, gather some favourite assets, or just quickly group assets for later use.

Creating collections

To create a new collection, go to the Collections tab in the Productivity panel and click the "+" button. Then give the new collection a name and press Enter:

Adding and removing assets to collections

To add assets to a collection, select one or multiple assets and use a drag & drop interaction:

To remove assets from a collection, select the assets and choose the "Remove from Collection" command in the contextual menu:

Browsing multiple collections

You can select multiple collections to browse all assets they contain. Use the standard Control + left mouse click to add and remove collections from the selection:

Renaming and deleting collections

To rename a collection, use either of the two methods:
  • choose the "Rename" command in the collection's contextual menu, then type in a new name;
  • select a collection and press the F2 keyboard key, then type in a new name.

To delete one or multiple collections, use either of the two methods:
  • make a selection of collections and choose the "Delete" command in the collection's contextual menu;
  • make a selection of collections and press the Delete keyboard key.

Collection groups

When the number of collections gets larger, and the list becomes harder to navigate, use Groups to organize related collections. 
To create a new group, click the "Add new collection group" button in the top right of the Collections header. Then select one or more collections and use a drag & drop interaction to add to the group:

Choose the "New collection" command in the group's contextual menu to create a new collection directly into an existing group:

To remove collections from a group, use either of the three methods:
  1. make a selection and drag & drop the collections out of the group onto an empty area in the Collections view:
  1. make a selection and choose the "Remove from group" command in the group's contextual menu:
  1. choose the "Ungroup" command in the group's contextual menu. This will remove all collections from the group:

To rename a group, use either of the two methods:
  • choose the "Rename" command in the group's contextual menu, then type in a new name;
  • select a group and press the F2 keyboard key, then type in a new name.
