Similar to Tags, Collections allow you to organize asset selections for faster access. Unlike Tags, however, when you create a Collection, it is only visible to you and is not shared across the team. Collections are a convenient way to, for example, make temporary asset selections for a project, gather some favourite assets, or just quickly group assets for later use.
Creating collections
To create a new collection, go to the Collections tab in the Productivity panel and click the"+" button. Then give the new collection a name and press Enter:
You can select multiple collections to browse all assets they contain. Use the standard Control + left mouse click to add and remove collections from the selection:
When the number of collections gets larger, and the list becomes harder to navigate, use Groups to organize related collections.
To create a new group, click the"Add new collection group" button in the top right of the Collections header. Then select one or more collections and use a drag & drop interaction to add to the group:
