Circuit Health - Ballpark

Key Objectives

  1. Patients to have an account to access to their patient file and book appointments with a doctor (via hotdoc link).
  1. Patients and doctors to have 2-way communication to better improve communication before and after an appointment, including sending text, video, pics and files.
  1. Doctors to manually input a patient’s health record during/after an appointment.

Web & Mobile App


Platforms
  • Mobile: Mobile refers to our Android and iPhone apps
  • Web: Refers to our Web app for doctors
  • Admin CMS: Is the Content Management System for the Circuit Health team to check upon the platform 

Users
  • Doctors: Doctors can manage their patients through the web app. Doctors only use the Web app. 
  • Patients: Patients can access their files and appointments with a Doctor via the mobile app. Patients only use the mobile app.
  • Super Admins: Super Admins are team members from the Circuit Health team that ensure that the platform is operating smoothly.

Launch


Month 1


  • Mobile Setup (Mobile)
  • Mobile layouts, menus and navigation, as well as setting you up with Apple and Google developer accounts.
  • Server & Web Setup (Web)
  • Backend and server setup as well as a login system for the super administrator to access the Admin Content Management System (Admin CMS).
  • User Accounts (Web & Mobile)
  • Doctors can login using their email address and password through the Web app. Registration will be hidden for now. 
  • Patients will be given an access code provided by their doctors to be able to register in the Mobile App. UI only for now. 
  • This includes Reset Password and Delete Account.
  • Onboarding - UI Only (Mobile)
  • This includes all onboarding steps with pre-filled data from the Doctor. Patient will be able to edit the information. 
  • Forgot & Reset Password (Web & Mobile)
  • Email Service & Verification (Web & Mobile)
  • The ability to send emails via the system. By default we use Mandrill.
  • Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (Web & Mobile)
  • These can be updated from the Admin CMS which will be reflected in the mobile app.
  • Manage Patients and Doctors (Admin CMS)
  • Admins must be able to manage all Doctor & Patient accounts in the system.
