Alerts UX Writeup

UX sequence

In general, the first question determines the priority of accounts and the rest of the flow.

Some alerts apply to multiple paths, but should only be shown once per user.

If multiple collaborators are attached to an account, all collaborators should see the flow of alerts unless the intended response is confirmed as completed, even if some collaborators dismiss the alerts. This is intended to mimic the sales strategy of cold emailing every email you can find for a company - we don’t know who the decision makers are until they start making decisions. We should think about a future where we can learn how to prioritize alerts once a decision maker is determined.
